The Green Kitty
I'm still trying to get this hang of this blogging. Especially when I post. Oh, well, I'm an old person now and there are many holes in the brain.
This will be a wonderfully short week for me. I was supposed to take Linda to the hospital for tests yesterday, but her doctor cancelled, so I took the day off. Isn't that special? I was already scheduled to be off for Friday so I could have a 4 day weekend, so all I have to do is work today and the next two and I'm free for four whole days!
My weights has always been an issue - with lots of volumes. My first diet clinic was when I was 6 years old. I can remember a very tall nurse looking down at me and telling me I could have one "sweet" a day. She was very tall and I was just six. I was very tall for a six year old. I was very tall until I was 10 - and quit growing. I just can't seem to keep the weight off. I can loose it, but I can't keep it off. It really sucks, too. I do have a sweet tooth and I do over indulge at times. It is terribly frustrating, too. I've even had surgery, but have been steadily gaining since. I'm going to try another approach using this doctor from California's formula. I'll have to give up grains which he says is death. Maybe that's the key. I keep trying. And trying. . . and trying.
Maybe this time, I'll be lucky. . .
